Columbine Health Systems is a 22-business Long Term Care / health care organization. We are locally owned and operated since our inception in 1971. We provide skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, independent living, home care, therapy programs in our facilities, as well as, out-patient. Our services also extend to include; medical equipment and supplies, pharmacy services, a health club, a restaurant and bakery, a geriatric education centre, and even an event center. We serve nearly 1,000 individuals in our facilities or out in the community. We employ over 1,200 individuals who provide the care and services we offer.
